3. Cactus Notebook

This DIY is a great way to turn a boring notebook into a fun summery one.

Step 1: Materials

For this DIY you will be needing:

-One plain notebook

-Acrylic paint

-Paint brushes

-Pencil

-Black Marker

-Washi tape

ree

Step 2: Sketch

First, you need to sketch your cactus out on the notebook. It is important to sketch before you paint because it is easy to mess up with paint. Find a nice picture online to copy or create your own cactus.

ree

Step 3: Paint

Paint your cactus the colors you want! I used dark green, red, and white.

ree

Step 4: Washi Tape

While you are waiting for your paint to , decorate your notebook with washi tape.

ree

Step 5: Black Marker:

Use a black marker to outline your cactus and draw spikes on it. :)

ree

Your notebook is done! Write down your plans for the summer, journal entries, and more!
