I love ice cream but it is not good for you. So, today I thought I would share with you a HEALTHY ice cream recipe! You only need two ingredients; banana and milk. You also don't need a ice cream machine. You just need a blender and a freezer.

Step 1
Cut your banana/s (I used one) into small pieces and put them in a plastic bag. Then, put them in the freezer.
Step 2
Take banana's out of the freezer after 3-4 hours or after they are frozen.

Step 3
Put bananas and 2 tablespoons of milk into a blender.
Step 4
Blend until smooth and no clumps left.

Step 5
Put banana mixture into the freezer for about 1-2 hours.

Step 6
Take ice cream out of the freezer and scoop into a bowl.
